1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using services provided by Tatvamassi (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all services offered by us, including painting, waterproofing, electrical work, and other home services available in Vadodara and surrounding localities, Gujarat.

2. Services and Estimates

  • Scope of work: Services are provided as described in the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement agreed with you before work begins.
  • Estimates: Online estimates and calculator results are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed after a site inspection. Estimates are typically valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Site access: You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and ensuring the work area is reasonably prepared unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Changes: Additional work or changes to scope may affect pricing and timelines. We will seek your approval before proceeding with material changes.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposits: A booking deposit may be required to confirm your appointment or project schedule. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Payment schedule: Payments must be made according to the schedule agreed in your project documentation. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments: Delayed payments may result in paused work, rescheduling, or additional charges as permitted by applicable law and your agreement with us.

4. Workmanship and Materials

  • Quality standards: We aim to deliver services using skilled professionals and quality materials as specified in your agreement.
  • Variations: Minor variations in shade, texture, or finish may occur due to surface conditions, lighting, material batches, or digital display differences.
  • Cleanup: We will make reasonable efforts to keep the work area tidy and remove project-related waste in line with local practices, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranties and Liability

  • Service warranty: Applicable warranties, if any, will be stated in your service agreement or package details. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, structural issues, third-party work, normal wear and tear, or conditions outside the scope of our service.
  • Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatvamassi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service, unless a higher limit is required by law.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked visit or project. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of a deposit or a rescheduling fee, where applicable and communicated at booking.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Tatvamassi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
